Before the COVID-19 pandemic, sometimes when I’d go out to eat at fast food places, I’d pull out the pen and sharpie that I keep in my pocket, and doodle on the back of the receipt. And sometimes I’d even remember to take a picture of the doodle.
I’d just leave the receipts on the tables when I was done. If someone wanted to keep the drawing, great! If not, they could throw it out.
