I really enjoy drawing Code Redd’s outfit, but I also designed it to be pretty complicated. And add her curly hair on top of that, and I end up having to spend a lot more time on the details of this costume than I do for most other characters. It’s no wonder I simplified her gloves and boots for New Hawk & Croc, by removing all their details.
But this is Inktober, baby! It’s all about challenging yourself to make the best ink drawings you can! So I added all those deets back in for today’s piece. It’s not perfect, but I’m mostly proud of how this one turned out.
