No, I swear I’m not being offensive. Her name actually is “What’s-Her-Name.” Her sister is the Evil Queen Pulsating Bloated Festering Sweaty Pus-Filled Malformed Slug-For-A-Butt, so, you know. They had kind parents.
Princess WHN is from the Earthworm Jim series of video games, where she was initially a hapless damsel in distress. Then the EWJ cartoon show made her a revolutionary, fighting against her evil sister’s tyrannical rule over the planet of Insectica. Earthworm Jim’s creator, Doug TenNapel, has admitted that the Warrior What’s-Her-Name is the superior version, and has adopted that personality into the EWJ comics that he’s been crowdfunding to get printed.
Anyways, I drew this in 2009 when I was studying inking via brush and India ink. I did some okay stuff during that time, but I think this piece is my favorite.
