Andy wants you to have a great experience, and wants you to have the exact one-of-a-kind figure you want, to the absolute best of his ability! He describes himself as being reasonable, and is willing to work with you to give you the highest level of satisfaction possible! If you're unsure about a project, send him an email and ask away!

Cost Overview

Andy does not work pro bono. All projects will include fees for parts, shipping, and labor. Fees for parts may be reduced if supplied by the customer. All payments are to be made via PayPal or Money Order.

Labor costs vary GREATLY, depending on the complexity of the project; Smaller repaints of figures will be between $5-$10 USD, while larger figures can go anywhere from $75-$100 USD. Email for more specific details.

Shipping costs vary depending upon the size and weight of the figure, but will generally run $10-$25 USD.

Please be as specific as possible when making your initial request to obtain a more accurate estimate.

Due to several project requests from people who were not serious which resulted in parts costs and time spent working on custom figures that never found a home, first-time customers will often be requested to supply a reasonable, non-refundable portion of the final payment up front.
