Gila Consuelos is one of the many residents of Hawk 'n' Croc's hometown of Leonardo, NJ. Gila despises Hawk and Croc, and believes they are our out to ruin his life, when, actually, they have no intention of doing so. It's really not their fault, though; Gila is intensely paranoid, and thinks that EVERYBODY is out to ruin his life. He's also a vegetarian and enjoys having private candlelit dinners under the moonlight.... By himself.
Gila's hatred of humanity has grown so great, that he's recently made an alliance with the evil sorcerer Ministry. Ministry has entrusted Gila with a legendary katana that allows him to harness the power of butterflies as the evil samurai Swallowtail.
Swallowtail first tested his new-found powers against X-Croc, but was soundly defeated. Gila is now attempting to master Swallowtail's powers, so he can destroy our heroes, in their next encounter.
