It’s Mega Man, from his eponymous video game series. But before he became a super fighting robot, Mega Man was just known as “Rock,” and, along with his robotic “sister” Roll, he was an android assistant to the brilliant robotics scientist, Dr. Thomas Light.
Jokes are always funnier when you have to explain them.
